Role summary:
As a Customer Support Manager in FL Technics, you will be responsible for customer support services in sales.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintain relations with customers and suppliers
  • Prepare commercial offers and agreements
  • Timely management of information


  • University degree (or equivalent) in related field
  • Good knowledge of English (work with Asia, Europe, Middle East regions)
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian (work with CIS / Russia regions)
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Basic understanding of sales
  • Customer oriented communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
