We are looking for a " Structure Engineer" Engineering and Planning Department

Job Description:

• NDT Job Sheets for aircraft structure damages analysis, review and repair methods application in Engineering responses;

• Support for structure drawings and parts identification;

• Aircraft Dent and Buckle charts verification & preparation;

• Support and Communication with FLT hangar (Vilnius & Kaunas) for structure damage analysis and review;

• Structure AD’s & SB’s, STC’s, MOD’s analysis;

• Structure AD’s & SB’s, STC’s, MOD’s introduction in to Maintenance information system;

• Communicate with customer direct, by phone, e-mail;

• Communication with manufacturers by phone, e-mail regarding structure damages statements, tools, parts and other issues;

• Communicate with FLT Workshop for structure support or organization capability expansion;

• Structure related technical records handling;

• Job order, Job Cards, Job sheets preparation for structure repairs AD’s, SB’s, STC’s, MOD’s and etc.;

• Aircraft Manufacturer Structure maintenance tasks analysis for repair methods, parts, materials;

• Support for aircraft delivery/redelivery process;

• Good knowledge of FLT internal procedures for CAME, MOE, CPM;

• Support other engineering unit groups when require;

• Participate in the engineering unit daily activities for daily processes improvement.

 

Requirements:

•  University or College Degree in Engineering (preferably in Aerospace or Aviation);

•  Experience in civil aviation maintenance environmental not less than 1 year, preferably with aircraft (Boeing & Airbus) structure defects;

•  Ability to analyse data;

•  Respective Structures Training (for Boeing & Airbus);

•  English language knowledge (level 2);

•  Preferred work experience with computer drawing programs (AutoCAD, Corel);

•  Good Airbus and Boeing SRM’s manuals usage;

•  Good computer working skills (Windows, MS Office);

•  Ability work as team member with other group employees;

•  Ability to work with little or no supervision.
