Job Description:

  • Systems AD’s & SB’s, STC’s, MOD’s introduction in to Maintenance information system; Systems AD’s & SB’s, STC’s, MOD’s analysis;
  • Job order, Job Cards, Job sheets preparation for systems AD’s, SB’s, STC’s, MOD’s and etc.;
  • Prepare Landing gear LLP’s list;
  • Prepare scheduled or on request reports/statements for landing gear;
  • Introduce Landing gear parts to Maintenance Information system;
  • Systems related NDT Job Sheets analysis, review and repair methods application in Engineering responses;
  • Support and Communication with FLT hangar (Vilnius & Kaunas) for systems related defects;
  • Communicate with customer direct, by phone, e-mail;
  • Communication with manufacturers by phone, e-mail regarding repair instructions, tools, parts and other issues;
  • Communicate with FLT Workshop for support or organization capability expansion;
  • Systems related technical records handling;
  • Aircraft Manufacturer systems maintenance tasks analysis for compliance methods, parts, materials;
  • Perform troubleshooting analysis and recommendations on customer requests;
  • Support for Components/parts certificates analysis;
  • Support regarding parts eligibility/alternatives;
  • Support for aircraft delivery/redelivery process;
  • Good knowledge of FLT internal procedures for CAME, MOE, CPM;
  • Support other engineering unit groups when require;
  • Participate in the engineering unit daily activities for daily processes improvement.

Requirements:

  • University or College Degree in Engineering (preferably in Aerospace or Aviation);
  • Experience in civil aviation maintenance environmental not less than 1 year, preferably with aircraft systems;
  • Ability to analyze data;
  • Maintenance training (Level 1) for at least one aircraft type;
  • English language knowledge (level 2);
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and design environments;
  • Good maintenance manuals usage;
  • Good computer working skills (Windows, MS Office);
  • Ability work as team member with other group employs;
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
