FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services announces an exclusive partnership with JHAS, an Italian aircraft seating and interior company.

“JHAS provides different, tailor-made solutions for aircraft interiors. This is not usual in aviation industry as we are looking for a breakthrough out of standardized seating environment. We are glad that JHAS chose us as their exclusive partners as this is a great opportunity for FL Technics also, giving us an upper-hand in our services,” says Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO at FL Technics.

Since the beginning of this cooperation, FL Technics will be an official representative of JHAS in Europe, Africa, Middle East, CIS and Russian regions, as well as Asia Pacific region. FL Technics will act as exclusive seller and promoter of economy, business and first class seats so to cover all the typology of products for aircraft cabin interiors classes.

FL Technics continued their global expansion and started implementing its strategic goals by amplifying their operations in Asia Pacific region and China. The deal with JHAS allows FL Technics to suggest tailor-made solutions for present and future clients in Asia Pacific region and China.

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, a part of Avia Solutions Group, has just signed an exclusive representation agreement with French hydraulic solutions company Deshons Hydraulique.

FL Technics will now be a representative of a company that has a proven experience and expertise in a worldwide market of mobile hydraulic servicing carts, hydraulic power packs and other equipment related to aeronautical maintenance field.

‘I am more than happy with the outcome of our long work. I hope that cooperation with Deshops Hydraulique will open even more doors for us,’ says Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO at FL Technics.

FL Technics will exclusively represent Deshons Hidraulique in bigger part of Europe, as well as CIS countries, Thailand, with the products for civil commercial aircraft and helicopters for operators and MRO services.

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, has found a new client. The company signed the agreement with Eurowings Europe, member of Lufthansa Group.

As it is agreed, Eurowings Europe will receive extended services of base maintenance, engineering and DOA for upcoming 5 years.

“The first aircraft already landed in Kaunas. We have already started taking care of it and we’re looking forward to welcome the other scheduled planes in our hangars,” said Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics. According to Z. Lapinskas, FL Technics team was trained by Eurowings Europe beforehand and is working now in AMOS, the MRO software solution preferable by main airline operators in Europe.

Eurowings Europe is a low-cost airline registered in Austria that is a subsidiary of Lufthansa Group. It began operations in June 2016. As of September 2017, the airline operates from two bases in Austria using eight Airbus A320 family aircraft. It has adopted the corporate identity of its German sister airline, Eurowings.

Go2Sky will fly on behalf of GetJet who took over Small Planet Airlines contracts. Based at Milan Rastislav Stefanik airport in Bratislava (Slovakia), Go2Sky airline provides a non-scheduled transportation of passengers, cargo and mail as well as offers lease ACMI of their aircraft.

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair & overhaul services, has announced further expansion to Asia region by opening a new warehouse in Singapore. The operations started at the beginning of November 2018.

Earlier this year, FL Technics Indonesia, based in Jakarta, has received the FAA Repair station 145 certificate, which allows providing MRO services to aircraft registered in the United States.

MRO Europe, Amsterdam: FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, has announced signing a cooperation agreement with an independent global engineering enterprise Field International Ltd. Under the terms of this agreement, FL Technics shall act as an exclusive representative of Field International Ltd across Scandinavia, Russia, CIS, Mongolia.

According to its Managing Director Richard Marples, the cooperation has opened up new markets for Field International.

Having worked within the defence sector for over two decades, Field International Ltd is a dedicated Boeing, Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Defence and Space Tier 1 supplier supporting its customers around the globe. Not only does it serve a wide range of the existing products, but also assists in the production of tooling as well as the design and manufacturing of specialist equipment.

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, has announced that its subsidiary company FL Technics Indonesia has received an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam. This approval opens the door for the company, based in Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, to start maintaining aircraft registered in Vietnam.

“FL Technics Indonesia have recently taken some major steps to expand the range of certifications. The company recently received an FAA Part-145 certificate and has now added this significant approval from Vietnam’s Civil Aviation Authority. With approval from the Vietnam authorities, we will now be able to broaden our reach and assist many more clients registered in Vietnam. This is a great achievement for our company and will pave the way for us to work with many new airlines and aircraft,” says Martynas Grigalavicius, CEO at FL Technics Indonesia.

Upon receiving the CAAV certificate, FL Technics Indonesia is now able to provide maintenance services for Boeing B737 and Airbus A320 family aircraft coming from various Vietnamese airlines. FL Technics Indonesia has already struck partnerships and discussed maintenance solutions with airlines such as VietJet, JetStar, Vietnam Airlines, etc.

“We have a few decade-long experience in MRO business in Northern Europe and we are determined to provide our clients the gained expert know-how, benefits from LEAN implementation in our processes and ensure the European quality standards. After several ad-hoc maintenance projects, FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, has signed a long-term joint contract with Lufthansa group companies (network and point-to-point airlines) for MRO services.

The first aircraft is scheduled for maintenance at the beginning of October 2018 in Vilnius (Lithuania) and will be followed by the rest during the 2018 and 2019 season in FL Technic’s Lithuanian hangars.

“The Lufthansa Group airlines have a huge A320 Base Maintenance demand with some 300 aircraft in service and pooled within the LH Group Technical Fleet Management,” said Thomas Rueckert, Vice President Base Maintenance Services at Lufthansa Technik. “Alongside our internal Lufthansa Technik capabilities, we employ a two-tier strategy by having an additional strong and reliable supplier – like FL Technics – at our side. We always tender demand beyond our own capacity to leverage the very dynamic MRO market. We are happy to have found high-quality services and a very attractive commercial offer from FL Technics.”

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, has just recently signed long-term contract with Luxair S.A., Société Luxembourgeoise de Navigation Aérienne, the regional flag carrier airline of Luxembourg for MRO services. The MRO services will be provided to their whole Boeing 737 NG fleet. First aircraft will be handled in the beginning of November, 2018 in Kaunas (Lithuania), and shortly will be followed by yet two more.

This certificate allows FL Technics Indonesia to provide MRO services for aircraft registered in the United States in accordance with 14 CFR Part-145.
