Job description:

  • Organizing and coordinating training courses;
  • Annual training plans preparing;
  • Communication with instructors, students and department managers;
  • Ordering flight tickets, hotel, visas for instructors and students;
  • Preparing documents for training courses;
  • Ensuring that training courses‘ guidelines and procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Good English knowledge (Russian knowledge would be an advantage);
  • Customer – oriented communication skills;
  • Responsibility, teamwork and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
