Job description

  • Involvement into all areas of Financial management from accounting to forecasting, including specific project works;
  • Participate in business processes, investment projects and budgeting preparation process;
  • Take an active part in reporting and accounting improvements, support for subsidiary companies reporting;
  • Setting up operating processes and controls within the company;
  • FA reports to CFO (FL Technics and daughter companies);
  • Analyze large amount of the company financial performance data, overseeing of day-to-day financial and accounting services and management within the guidelines established by the Company;
  • Indicate, evaluate and ensure problem solving to automate processing;
  • Ensure data is consistent and accurate across all application types and units and meeting the deadlines;
  • Collaborate between departments, assist for team on daily basis.


  • University degree (Accounting or Finances or Economics);
  • Experience at least 2 years in financial accounting, data processing;
  • Strong software knowledge (MS Excel, Navision (an advantage));
  • Fluent English skills (Russian would be an advantage);
  • Good communication skills (ability to communicate with management and other staff members resources);
  • Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner;
  • Organized, independent, resourceful, detail oriented;
  • Ability to be an active team player and a solid business partner;
  • Analytical skills.
