About the position:

  • Build and lead sales team;
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets;
  • Running weekly meetings, assigning tasks to employees and distributing responsibilities;
  • Representation of our company in annual aviation industry exhibitions worldwide;
  • Forming, adjusting and selling Line maintenance services for existing and potential new clients worldwide;
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers;
  • Regular customer’s visits worldwide in search of new business opportunities;
  • Market research and analysis looking for potential business cases.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an international environment;
  • Strong leadership and team building skills;
  • Flexible and willing to travel abroad;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills;
  • Goal orientated with high sense of ownership;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines;
  • Advanced English/Russian business language;
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
