Job description

  • To define, coordinate and develop company‘s internal communication;
  • To plan, propose and execute social and cultural events, happenings and initiatives that support company culture;
  • To plan, establish and oversee the company’s social media presence and other media channels;
  • To organize and manage company‘s social responsibility projects;
  • To create, develop and manage employer branding strategy content: writing publications, organize events and generate creative ideas.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of experience in such or similar position;
  • Education in a related field (Communication, Journalism, Public relations, HR, etc.);
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Lithuanian (company‘s internal communication is in English);
  • Initiative, independent and courageous personality;
  • Working knowledge of social media channels;
  • Understanding the value of employer branding;
  • Photography and graphic design programs (i.e. Adobe Photoshop) user skills would be an advantage.
