Supply Chain Project Coordinator

About the position:

  • Coordinate delivery of every single part and material during aircraft maintenance;
  • Identifying optimal sources of not stocked materials and service requests;
  • Liaise and co-operate with customer to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials;
  • Co-operate with other departments within company regarding parts and materials;
  • Attend daily production meetings and meetings with customer, communicate any issues arising;
  • Retrieve and analyze technical information;
  • Create Purchase order, track deliveries;
  • Monitor rechargeable material;
  • Preparing Bill of Materials for project Invoicing.

What you bring:

  • Proficiency to work with MS Office applications (good Excel knowledge);
  • Good English knowledge (Russian would be an advantage);
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • General understanding of technical documentation;
  • Experience in procurement would be an advantage.
