About the position:

  • Ensure the compliance of implemented quality procedures in accordance with EASA and LR TCA requirements;
  • Implement the independent quality system and requirements of the Organization’s procedures;
  • Carry out audits and timely preparation of audit reports, control and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
  • To control and verify the qualifications of the company’s employees;
  • Participate in the investigation of aviation incidents, aircraft ground damage and other incidents;
  • Analyze maintenance errors, assist in finding solutions to improve organisation’s quality system and performance.

What you bring:

  • At least college level of education degree in aviation;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Part-145, Part-M and Part-147 organisations and / or quality auditing in such areas;
  • Detailed knowledge of EASA and LR TCA implementation rules: Part-145, Part-147, Part-21 (DOA) and Part M(G);
  • Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety and EWIS initial training in accordance with EASA requirements;
  • English language knowledge at level B1 or higher.


  • Successfully completed quality auditor training;
  • Airbus 320 / Boeing 737 aircraft type training;
  • Russian language knowledge.
