Leveraging our global independent MRO network.

Before you can start to manage continuing airworthiness of an aircraft, it must be (re)delivered according to purchase/(re)delivery conditions. Ensuring the conditions of the physical aircraft match its documentation records will results in safer reverse transitions.

What is expected to be checked?
A full record of airworthiness statuses (driven by previous CAMO), physical condition of aircraft and other conditions such as demo flights, engine run-ups, borescope inspections, and aircraft painting.

Our engineering team provides full support for these types of inspections and can work on behalf of operators, owners, and lessors, whether for delivery or re-delivery of aircraft. Our team is flexible with a variety of tasks, inspecting a full itinerary or very client specific requests.

A preliminary inspection is the brief short-time inspection of records and physical condition of an aircraft. This kind of inspection can be carried out as pre-purchase, mid-lease, pre-redelivery, etc.

Usually, all of the records and physical inspection of an aircraft is done via an on-the-spot check. Such inspections are finalized by corresponding reports based on which owner/lessor or operator decides to purchase or lease the aircraft.

If there are many various conditions, our engineering team is flexible and can adapt to such conditions within the scope of the inspection required and in further reports to be provided.

Inspection of major components, as well as system filter changes, operational checks, and removal and replacement of time control items, up to and including engine maintenance.

Our engineering team can deliver this support including interaction between MRO and client, physical inspections/assurance, and control of extra charges for defect rectifications and spares.

Many of our clients turn to us for unique aircraft services, which can often be dependent on specific regions, urgency of transactions, and other factors.

If you have a bespoke request, get in touch with our engineering team to see how we could assist. We're always ready for the next challenge.
