AVIATION NDT-INSPECTOR. Budapest, Hungary

For this purpose we are looking for our location: Budapest, Hungary.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Assembly and disassembly of wheels and brakes as well as their substructure components
  • Cleaning of components
  • Carrying out diagnostic and inspection work
  • Visual and dimensional inspection of wheel/brake components and assemblies
  • Application of several non-destructive material testing methods (according to DIN EN 4179)

– Ultrasonic
– Eddy Current
– Magnetic Particle Inspection
– Penetrant Inspection

  • Identification and initiation of additional examinations
  • Determination and initiation of necessary repairs on components
  • Evaluation and documentation of test results under consideration of valid instructions, guidelines, regulations etc
  • Reading and implementing the manufacturer and customer documentation
  • Carrying out the final inspection
  • General workshop work

 WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Technical apprenticeship and several years of experience as NDT technician. 
  • Experience with Eddy current (current level II) (DIN EN 4179)
  • Preferable experience as Inspector in the procedures magnetic particle, ultrasonic and penetrant testing Level II (DIN EN 4179)
  • Preferable experience of metalworking work, e.g. automotive mechatronics technician
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Willingness to do shift work
