JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a DevOps Engineer at FL Technics, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our development and operations teams, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery. You will play a vital role in automating and optimizing our development, testing, and deployment pipelines. If you are passionate about DevOps practices and have experience in deploying and managing scalable and secure infrastructure, we want to hear from you!
YOUR TASKS:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automate and streamline our deployment and release processes to accelerate software delivery.
- Manage and maintain on premise and cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our infrastructure and applications.
- Work closely with development teams to promote code quality, code reviews, and deployment best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in YAML scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD tools.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: from 3500 € to 4000 € (brutto)
