ENGINE SHOP ENGINEER (CERTIFYING STAFF)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Perform maintenance and repair of CFM56-3, CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B engines in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
  • Certifying its own work or other certifying staff`s work if required (according MOE, regulations). Issue EASA Form 1, UK CAA Form 1 and FAA Form 8130-3.
  • Supervises job performed by engine mechanics.
  • Coaches and develops engine mechanics.
  • Uses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Follow approved company procedures and policies

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Aviation education diploma;
  • Theoretical and practical engine maintenance trainings for engine models (CFM56-3 or/and CFM56-5B or/and CFM56-7B) by OEM, or appropriately approved Part-145 organization, or other training organization accepted by OEM;
  • Minimum experience in engine maintenance 6 months in the previous 2 year period, experience should be confirmed by Experience statement from previous Part-145 AMO;
  • HF initial  training course, (an advantage);
  • FTS Phase 2 initial training course, (an advantage);
  • EWIS initial training course, (an advantage);
    • Part-66 Basic training examination in Module 10 (Aviation Legislation) for at least Category A certifying staff, (an advantage);
    • Good technical English language knowledge;
  • High responsibility sense and team work spirit;
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure and motivated.
