We are looking for an analytically driven and strategic IT Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor between the IT department and key business units. This role combines technical acumen with business insight to identify, design, and implement data-informed technology solutions that drive operational efficiency, innovation, and growth. 

YOUR TASKS:

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology and data requirements. 
• Analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose digital or automation solutions. 
• Use data analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to support decision-making and prioritize technology investments. 
• Lead business case development with cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk assessments. 
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure availability and accessibility of relevant business intelligence. 
• Facilitate requirements gathering for system enhancements, new applications, or process reengineering. 
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and liaise with technical teams during implementation. 
• Monitor and report on project progress, value delivery, and adoption metrics. 
• Drive user engagement and support change management efforts across technology initiatives.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on business analysis, data-driven decision support, or consulting. 
• Proven ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and make recommendations. 
• Proficiency in business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) is strongly preferred. 
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and how they support business processes. 
• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies is a plus. 
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
