Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B737 & A320)

With the imminent opening of our new hangar in Punta Cana, we are actively seeking exceptional individuals to join our innovative multibillion MRO family. The ideal candidates will be key contributors to our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our operations in the Dominican Republic.

FL Technics is part of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider, operating a fleet of 214 passenger and cargo aircraft worldwide.

YOUR TASKS:

• Perform heavy maintenance on B737 and A320 aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols during maintenance activities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Valid Aircraft Mechanic License from one of the following (or equivalent):
  • TMA of Colombia
  • FAA A&P of USA
  • M2 of Canada
  • AFAC Class I or II Federal License of Mexico
  • Other AMT licenses complying with ICAO Annex I.
• More than 2 years of experience in heavy maintenance on B737 and A320 aircraft.
• Type training level 2/3 on B737 and A320 required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and native Spanish speaker.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
