JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Communicate with customers,providing necessary information in a timely manner. 
  • Liaise with intra- andinter-department with the objective of timely resolving customer issues andquires.
  • Handle billing tasks,including data collection, quotation preparation, and billing approvals
  • Assist in sales planning byupdating potential project information for the direct manager and providingupcoming project data to the Planning department
  • Generate sales analysis andrevenue reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintained comprehensiverecords of all sales-related documents
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks asdirected by superiors

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in English, bothverbal and spoken
  • Bachelor degree inBusiness/ Aviation / Engineering
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience as a Sales Support or in an equivalent role.
  • General knowledge ofaviation industry, business contract, business operation, etc.
  • Basic computer skills:Microsoft, billing systems, etc.
  • Able to work bothindividually and as a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work out of officehour.
  • Able to work under pressureor limited time frame.
  • Preferably reside near Bali Airport area
