Are you ready to take your financial expertise to the next level in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a Senior Finance Controller to join our team!
YOUR TASKS:
- Group Consolidation and Reporting: Oversee financial data consolidation across Group entities all over the world. Collaborate with Group Finance Controller in preparation of IFRS-compliant consolidated statements. Provide data for banks, auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze Group-wide financial performance and data. Prepare, consolidate and monitor budgets and forecasts, deliver insights to support strategic decision.
- Monitoring and Compliance: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance, resolve financial discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business units and finance teams across Group to ensure alignment with group standards, smooth and accurate period close and reporting processes.
- Process Optimization: Drive improvement in financial processes, implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in group reporting and compliance functions.
- Ad-hoc: Pro-active participation in various finance related projects and improvement initiative as well ad-hoc analysis and tasks.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Hands-on and proactive approach in developing, implementing and improving group-wide financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage issues across multiple business units and countries.
- Strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles, including IFRS. Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Solid experience in consolidation processes and group-wide financial operations.
- Experience of at least 4+ years in finance controlling, analysis or auditing in international or/and multi-entity companies.
- Excellent communication and planning skills, fluent English.
- Experience working with Navision Dynamics, Business Central, PBI is an advantage.
