YOUR TASKS:
- Source aircraft parts, materials, and services from approved suppliers.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
- Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Track orders, shipments, and Air Waybills (AWBs) until successful delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers while resolving delivery or invoice discrepancies.
- Support procurement activities through ERP systems and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Forecast material requirements to support aircraft maintenance operations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Experience in the aviation, MRO, or aerospace industry will be considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
