YOUR TASKS:

• Source aircraft parts, materials, and services from approved suppliers.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, lead times, and delivery performance.
• Track orders, shipments, and Air Waybills (AWBs) until successful delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and procurement documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers while resolving delivery or invoice discrepancies.
• Support procurement activities through ERP systems and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Forecast material requirements to support aircraft maintenance operations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
• Experience in the aviation, MRO, or aerospace industry will be considered a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
