Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
- Posting job applications on social media and job sites;
- Sourcing and outreach potential candidates;

- Participating and networking at various recruiting events;
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Good English skills;
- Experience as an HR recruiter or similar role, experience in the aviation industry is preferable;
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ownership and responsibility;
- Willingness to learn and grow.
