YOUR TASKS:

• Collaborate closely with various Business Units to understand their processes and needs;
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, create process sequence, user stories, specification documents;
• Act as a middleman between Business Units and Data Analysts, Developers;
• Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation;
• Assist colleagues with ERP system functionality and related inquiries;
• Conduct product and feature testing;
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Proven experience in IT Business Analysis (3+ years); 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to take ownership and work independently on complex tasks;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills who can easily interact with all levels of Employees; 
• Good English knowledge, both speaking and writing; 
• Business Analyst education and/or certifications would be an advantage;
• IT and/or aviation ;advantage; 
• ERP, Finance systems experience would be an advantage.
