Site operations manager (Italy)

ABOUT COMPANY:

FL Technics Wheels & Brakes is a specialized division of FL Technics, focusing on the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft wheels, tires, brakes, and related components. Our facility in Italy is located in Bergamo. It is a part of a network of 4 Wheels and Brakes repair facilities in Vilnius, Hanover, Budapest and Bergamo.

YOUR TASKS:

• Organizing work on the production site and ensuring the implementation of production plans;
• Preparing detailed production activity reports based on established KPI indicators;
• Preparing and managing budgets for production operations;
• Resolving and addressing production issues, including equipment malfunctions and supply chain disruptions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role;
• Ability to collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and work effectively with numbers;
• Fluent communication in English and Italian.
