FL Technics Group is a Global MRO services provider with offices and facilities across 5 continents. With over 100 line maintenance stations and 6 hangars, our new aircraft hangar in the Dominican Republic is set to provide airframe heavy maintenance to Airbus A320 and Boeing B737 aircraft type families.

Punta Cana’s 52,000-square-meter hangar represents our first hangar maintenance presence in the Americas, expanding on our existing regional parts trading operations and our line maintenance network in Canada. Authorized by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Instituto Dominicano De Aviación Civil (IDAC), it will enable us to execute heavy maintenance operations across the Americas and support our long-term partnerships with regional carriers.

FL Technics is launching this state-of-the-art aviation maintenance hub in three phases. The first phase includes a 20,000-square-meter hangar with 5 maintenance bays and specialized support workshops for sheet metal, composites, paint, and interiors. Phase two will expand the facility to 12 bays, strengthening Punta Cana’s role as a regional MRO hub. The final phase will grow the facility to 20 maintenance bays.

The base’s strategic location, right at the heart of both North and South America, allows us to service the needs of customers across North, Central, and South America.
