Mit Eröffnung unseres ersten Standortes in Hannover (01.04.2022) und als neuer zentraler Stuetzpunkt eines globalen Netzwerkes innerhalb der Konzerngruppe, bieten wir unseren Kunden maßgeschneiderte Wartungsleistungen für Flugzeugräder, Bremsen und zugehörige Komponenten, einschließlich flexibler Servicepakete, die auf effizienten Flugzykluslösungen (FC) basieren. Das Geschäft erstreckt sich derzeit auf den Standort Hannover (DE) und Vilnius (LT) mit zwei weiteren Standorten in Planung und Bau sowie dem Ziel weiterer Expansion.

 

Zur Erweiterung unseres Logistik- und Einkauf -Teams suchen wir an unserem Standort in Hannover zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

 

(Junior) Einkäufer (M/W/D) – Luftfahrt

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
  • Unterstützund bei der Vorbereitung, Koordination, Überwachung und Abrechnung aller Aufträge
  • Pflege der Lieferanten-/Kundendaten in das interne System
  • Überwachung des Materialverbrauchs und Ermittlung des Materialbedarfs
  • Kommunikation mit ausgewählten Kunden, Lieferanten und Logistikdienstleistern in Absprache mit dem Team

 WAS DU MITBRINGST;;

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich, o.ä. Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf, vorzugsweise in einer metallverarbeitenden Industrie oder vergleichbarer Industrie
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen sowie erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eigenständige, zuverlässige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

YOUR TASKS:

  • Implement processes and procedures for efficient day to day office operations;
  • Manage the reception area and serve as first point of contact for external vendors, guests, candidates, and clients;
  • Ensure fluent flow of internal and external documents;
  • Ensure phone calls and other incoming information fluent flow;
  • Manage relationships and day to day work with local vendors including catering, snacks, maintenance, etc.;
  • Collaborate with HR team working on HR administration tasks;
  • Assist employees on administrative questions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (experience in custom support would be an advantage);
  • Planning and organizational skills;
  • Fluent English, Russian would be preferable as well;
  • Experience in MS Office (knowing other document management and/ or IT systems would be an advantage);

Customer Support Manager (shift based)

Senior Line Maintenance Control Centre (LMCC) Engineer

YOUR TASKS:

  • Preparation of daily production plan as per customer request and manpower available;
  • Analysis of required and available manpower for shifts;
  • Communication with customers regarding operational issues;
  • Analysis of tool and equipment required for daily production;
  • Acting as the focal point for all AOG situations and other customer request;
  • Preparing rectification plan;
  • Arranging for ground time and labor if necessary in conjunction with planning;
  • Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Diploma of Aviation;
  • 2 years’ Aviation/MCC/Maintenance experience on A320 and B737;
  • Valid aircraft maintenance license (if available);
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken);
  • AMOS knowledge (preferable);
  • Must be willing to work shifts.
