YOUR TASKS

• Perform work on aircraft as outlined by applicable Inspection Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins or other approved schemes in accordance with accepted practices;
• Ensure that all items of work are recorded and signed out as required on the applicable Maintenance Control forms;
• Guide the apprentice engineers in their tasks and ensure that the approved methods and materials are used in performing the work on the aircraft;
• Maintain in good order the AMO facilities, such as shop, store, library; and its surroundings.
• Carry out any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor/manager
• Maintain spares package through communication with stores department
• Track and plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Dispatch as required

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Transport Canada AME M2 license with type rating on B737 (NG-MAX) and/or A320(CFM)
• Minimum of 2-3 years' working experience;
• Demonstrate currency on type (have at least 6 months' experience on type in the last 2 years);
• Fluency in English;
• High sense of responsibility and team work spirit is anticipated;
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

About the position:

• Carry out NDT inspections on aircraft/aircraft components in strict accordance with applicable procedures and instructions;
• Record and classify the results of NDT inspections of aircraft/aircraft components according to relevant criteria;
• To prepare reports on the NDT verification processes and results of aircraft/aircraft components according to relevant criteria;
• Participate in external and internal audits and ensure that all verification requirements are met;
• To be able to prepare cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plans.

Lackierer (M/W/D) – Luftfahrt

DEINE AUFGABEN
• Lackieren von Oberflächen
• Vorbereitende Arbeiten z.B. Werkzeug und Material bereitstellen, Reinigungs- und Abdeckarbeiten, Maskiere, Schleifen etc.
• Farbansatz sowohl manuell als auch mit Anlage aufbringen
• Beschriftungs- und Dekorationsarbeiten am Flugzeug
• Beschichten von Oberflächen z.B. mit Lack. Klebstoffen, Schildern oder Dichtmitteln
• Reinigen und Aktivieren von Öberfläche

WAS DU MITBRINGST
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maler und Lackierer, Fahrzeuglackierer, Verfahrensmechaniker-Beschichtungstechnik
• Erfahrung in der Industrielackierung (Spritzlackierverfahren, Bedienung von automatisierten Beschichtungsanlagen) 
• Kenntnisse/Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt wünschenswert
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

ZfP-Prüfer / NDT Inspectors (m/w/d) – Luftfahrt

DEINE AUFGABEN
• Montage und Demontage von Rädern und Bremsen sowie deren Unterbauteile
• Reinigung der Bauteile
• Durchführung von Befundarbeiten und Prüfarbeiten
• Visuelle und maßliche Kontrolle von Rad-/Bremsenbauteilen und -baugruppen
• Anwendung mehrere zerstörungsfreie Werkstoffprüfverfahren (nach DIN EN 4179)
• Erkennung und Veranlassung zusätzlicher Untersuchungen sowie Festlegung und Veranlassung notwendiger Reparaturen an Bauteilen
• Bewertung und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen unter Berücksichtigung gültiger Anweisungen, Richtlinien, Vorschriften etc.
• Durchführung der Schlussprüfung
• Lesen und Umsetzen der englischsprachigen Hersteller- und Kundendokumentation

WAS DU MITBRINGST
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf 
• Erfahrung in mindestens einem Prüfverfahren( Magnetpulver, Ultraschall, Wirbelstrom und Eindringprüfung) Level I oder II  nach DIN EN 4179 oder DIN EN ISO 9712
• Kenntnisse/Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt wünschenswert
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

DEINE AUFGABEN
• Selbstständige Ausführung von kleineren Reparaturen, Handwerksarbeiten und Umzügen
• Betreuung von haustechnischen Anlagen (z.B. Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen) und Softwaresystemen 
• Beauftragung und Überwachung von Dienstleistungen sowie Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen im Facility Management 
• Planung, Koordinierung, Begleitung und Abnahmen von Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs-, Umbau- und Umzugsmaßnahmen
• Pflege und Überprüfung der Außenanlage 
• Verwaltung und Koordination Schlüsselsystem
• Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
