Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist you will be responsible for carrying KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures within FLT Group and conducting research to verify information on new account documents. As well work closely with the Compliance team as well stakeholders to assure that new account holders are not high-risk customers and do not have restrictions or negative activities that would impact their opening of a new account.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Conduct third parties’ due diligence and enhanced due diligence of new and existing clients;
  • Verify of documents and KYC questionnaires of legal entities, and, if necessary, consult by phone;
  • Continuous assurance of new and existing customer identification (KYC) processes;
  • Consultation of the employees of other departments regarding clients in KYC;
  • Managing databases;
  • Performing continuous monitoring of them in order to ensure that their data complies with KYC policy.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and multitask;
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Education in law, finance or economic fields would be an advantage.

  • Education in law, finance or economic fields would be an advantage.
  • Compliance certificate would be an advantage.

Data Protection Officer

We are looking for a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure the compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in FL Technics group of companies. DPO responsibilities include advising on compliance with GDPR and local data protection laws, monitoring adherence to GDPR standards and acting as a point of contact with supervisory authorities and data subjects. You will also take care that policies that enforce compliance with legislation are updated, introduced to the employees and being followed.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of GDPR and major data protection laws. Ultimately, you will facilitate GDPR compliance through transparent data protection policies, systems and procedures.

 

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Adopting personal data protections policies and procedures for the company.
  • Monitoring and assessment of personal data processing activities.
  • Working closely with data protection lead of the Group to ensure GDPR compliance of the company.
  • Participance and guidance in planning and implementing company projects, meetings with project owners to ensure privacy by design at all levels.
  • Deal with requests of data subjects.
  • Checks of business processes to determine whether the company complies with privacy regulations.
  • Managing privacy breaches and keeping the updated register.
  • Training on GDPR compliance for employees.
  • Liaise with other organizations that process data on the company’s behalf.
  • Maintain records of processing activities.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Work experience in data protection.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other personal data protection laws in general.
  • Familiarity with cyber security topic.
  • Project ownership and a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial and report all noncompliance.
  • Organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Fluent (verbal and written) communication skills in English.
