Aviation wheels and brakes component certifying staff

YOUR TASKS:

  • Carry out disassembling, cleaning, blasting, inspection/ testing and assembly of wheels and brakes as well as their substructure components within scope of authorizations
  • Rectification all defects founded on component during inspection within scope of authorizations
  • Certify work performed by others within scope of authorizations
  • Provide training to new staff and trainees as and when required
  • Use of maintenance data, carry out and sign-off job cards within scope of authorizations
  • Work/ task distribution to other in according to the qualification and experience, workload, work priorities
  • Issue Project Release to service and EASA FORM1 for components within scope of authorizations

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent diploma
  • English language: sufficient, written & spoken
  • Careful and conscientious way of working
  • 3 months of practical maintenance experience at approved maintenance organisation

Planning engineer

YOUR TASKS:

  • Provide planned targets per day (manhours, repair orders closure, daily milestones to be achieved) based on ERP system report data (e.g.: qty.of the U/S brakes and wheels, released S/V brakes and wheels)
  • Provide planned targets per day (manhours, worksheets, job card closure etc.)
  • Prepare and provides Daily Planning Report status / report identifying critical issues that could affect on-time work package CRS
  • Support in collection and estimating manhours for additional work (If any)
  • Preparation via ERP system work packages, components (tires), materials and parts allocating and pre-ordering
  • Maintain via ERP system database of worksheets, job cards and keeps it revised
  • Prepare and generate via ERP system worksheet, job cards of the work package, including printout and any attachments required (e.g., component maintenance manuals)
  • Ensure DFP (worksheets, repair order, work order etc.) are issued correctly and complete correctly
  • Support in distribution of the DFP (worksheets, repair order, work order etc.) to production
  • Collecting, perform completeness check for work package and archiving all projects (worksheets, repair order, work order etc.), sharing with customer iaw MOE requirements
  • Preparing data for and updating daily Visual Management Board (VMB)
  • Preparing of the Manpower Plans
  • Create requisitions of parts, materials for each daily project and check availability in stock
  • Support to coordinate and monitoring ordered spare parts, materials, and components and highlight the critical
  • Performing administration related tasks, like data entry in different ERP systems, managing preloaded material lists
  • Preparing list of the required and check availability in stock of parts, material, kits for the projects
  • Archiving, scanning project work package
  • Constantly monitoring the production processes

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Education: High-School-Abschluss/ High School Diploma or equivalent foreign country level
  • English language – sufficient, reading & written, a working knowledge of the language in which the maintenance data is published (mainly in English)
  • Experience: 3 months in aviation industry or minimum 3 months practical experience as production planning, engineering roles
  • Using and knowledge of the ERP system – AMOS

Chief accountant (Head of accounting and reporting)

One of the core business areas within FL Technics MRO solutions is aircraft Wheels & Brakes services, including maintenance, repair, storage, supply chain and sourcing. Wheels & Brakes operations are currently located in dedicated maintenance shop facilities in Hanover (DE), Vilnius (LT), Budapest (HU) with new additional locations in Europe under development, as FL Technics provides long-term services to the leading airlines in the region.

FL Technics Wheels & Brakes Kft. in Budapest, Hungary is expanding its finance team and is actively seeking a Head of Accounting and Reporting (Chief accountant) with both company and group responsibilities to serve both locations – Germany and Hungary.

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations, ensuring the accuracy of financial data (under local GAAP and IFRS/Group policies) for German (parent) and Hungarian(subsidiary) entities.
  • Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing – perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries;
  • Tax accounting, compliance with statutory requirements, timely preparation and filing of appropriate returns, documents, reports to local authorities (in Hungary);
  • Payroll calculation and accounting (in Hungary);
  • Close cooperation with external tax and payroll consultants to ensure timely and accurate compliance to local laws (in Germany);
  • Preparation of monthly group reporting packages, financial reports etc;
  • Lead implementation of finance ERP and further integrations;
  • Optimizing accounting processes to achieve efficiency and ensure control;
  • Assistance in budget preparation and cash flow forecasting (to limited extent);
  • Assistance in auditing activities if needed.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

 

  • Degree in Accounting Economics/Finance/ or similar;
  • Experience of at least 3-4 years in chief accountant/senior accountant/head of division position, preferably international;
  • Knowledge of local accounting standards, accountability and taxes;
  • Very good communication, organization and planning skills;
  • Proactiveness, ability to work in multicultural team to handle requirements of several stakeholders;
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills;
  • Advantages: previous experience with MS Dynamics (Navision); very good  knowledge of MS Excel; German language; IFRS.

AVIATION NDT-INSPECTOR

YOUR TASKS:

  • Assembly and disassembly of wheels and brakes as well as their substructure components
  • Cleaning of components
  • Carrying out diagnostic and inspection work
  • Visual and dimensional inspection of wheel/brake components and assemblies
  • Application of several non-destructive material testing methods (according to DIN EN 4179)

– Ultrasonic
– Eddy Current
– Magnetic Particle Inspection
– Penetrant Inspection

  • Identification and initiation of additional examinations
  • Determination and initiation of necessary repairs on components
  • Evaluation and documentation of test results under consideration of valid instructions, guidelines, regulations etc
  • Reading and implementing the manufacturer and customer documentation
  • Carrying out the final inspection
  • General workshop work

 WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Technical apprenticeship and several years of experience as NDT technician. 
  • Experience with Eddy current (current level II) (DIN EN 4179)
  • Preferable experience as Inspector in the procedures magnetic particle, ultrasonic and penetrant testing Level II (DIN EN 4179)
  • Preferable experience of metalworking work, e.g. automotive mechatronics technician
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Willingness to do shift work
