For this purpose we are looking for our location: Kitchener/Waterloo YKF                                     

YOUR TASKS

  • Perform work on aircraft as outlined by applicable Inspection Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins or other approved schemes in accordance with accepted practices;
  • Ensure that all items of work are recorded and signed out as required on the applicable Maintenance Control forms;
  • Guide the apprentice engineers in their tasks and ensure that the approved methods and materials are used in performing the work on the aircraft;
  • Maintain in good order the AMO facilities, such as shop, store, library; and its surroundings.
  • Carry out any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor/manager
  • Maintain spares package through communication with stores department
  • Track and plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Dispatch as required

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Transport Canada AME M2 license with type rating on A320 (CMF) and/or B737 (NG/MAX)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' working experience;
  • Demonstrate currency on type (have at least 6 months' experience on type in the last 2 years);
  • Fluency in English;
  • High sense of responsibility and team work spirit is anticipated;
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

Financial Controller

Wright International Aircraft Maintenance Services Inc, subsidiary of FL Technics based in Toronto, is a 30 + years trusted provider of MRO services in Canada, specializing in line maintenance.

For this purpose, we are looking for our location: Toronto (Mississauga), Canada.

 

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Organize and perform the financial-accounting activity of the company in accordance with the legal provisions in force, internal rules and Group policies (including set up of internal processes, systems and controls);
  • Perform full accounting, ensure payroll and tax compliance (to the extent relevant) in cooperation with the external consultants;
  • Prepare financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) as well as other various financial reports in accordance to statutory requirements as well as for the management and Group needs;
  • Coordination of the annual financial audit;
  • Annual budget preparation and monthly financial forecasts;
  • Cash flow and debt management;
  • Review of contracts and pricing;
  • Various other activities and ad hoc requests (valuation of investments, review, and approval of payments, analysis, business processes control etc.).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field;
  • Proven experience as a Senior accountant/Senior financial controller/Financial Analyst/Head of finance and accounting in small organization or a similar position;
  • Solid understanding of financial management and accounting;
  • Knowledge of accounting software and very good MS Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
  • Results oriented team player mindset;
  • A multi-tasker approach with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
